At Mitchell Cotts Group, we are always looking for ways that we can revolutionise our services. Over the years we have to ensure that your coffee maintains its quality standards throughout the time that we handle it. We provide you with value add services for your coffee so that you can fetch more value from your coffee exports. We have a motorised coffee bulking facility that is located at our Logistics Center 1 along Mombasa Road, Nairobi.
How we do it:
Our silo is capable of holding 24 tonnes of clean coffee. It is made of mild steel with a mild vertical steel spiral screw. The tank is fitted with a bottom feeding detachment to permit effective mixing and is driven by a 20 horse powered gear motor.
The equipment we use:
- Bulk coffees to desired parameters by use of a crew
- Two holding silos capable of holding 360 kg’s of clean coffee each at any one time
- Exit Blowing
- Exit Bagging off
- Internal Perspex monitoring
