Samuel Otieno Odera is the General Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Mitchell Cotts Group. With over 20 years of experience in HR and logistics, his expertise and wealth of knowledge are invaluable assets.

He is a graduate of Egerton University and has spent the last 15 years of his career in senior roles within the logistics industry. He began as the Head of HR and Administration at Siginon before joining Mitchell Cotts Group.

His primary goal and aspiration for Mitchell Cotts Group is to build the best logistics talent in the industry, which will allow the company  to take a leading position in the market. He is committed to creating a culture of excellence and innovation that empowers our team to deliver exceptional results.

Samuel’s impressive achievements include successfully implementing a job evaluation system within our company, as well as implementing a performance management program with clear KPIs using the balance scorecard method. He is currently leading a culture change program focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
