Kerich John Rotich P. is the Airfreight Manager at Mitchell Cotts Group. He has also completed courses in the Acceptance of Dangerous Goods Regulations at Kenya Airways and Air France.

One of his most notable achievements includes the attainment of both local and regional AEO accreditation, which has enabled the company to benchmark with the best industry practices and reduced the clearance turnaround timelines of shipments. He also played a key role in the attainment of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems by mapping out airfreight procedures and activities into a process flow and setting timelines for each activity. These efforts have led to operational efficiency and improved service provision.
