Joseph Kariuki Ngugi

Joseph Kariuki Ngugi is a seasoned sea freight Manager with over 29 years of experience in the logistics industry, including 20 years in middle and senior level management positions. He holds a BBA (hons), a Diploma in Business Management, a Diploma in Clearing, Forwarding & Logistics and an East Africa Customs Freight Forwarding Practise Certificate. His expertise and passion for the logistics industry make him a valuable asset to any organisation.

His goal for the company is to transform the sea freight business unit into a customer experience service hub and to have the business unit lead in supporting the company as the preferred partner for end-to-end logistics solutions in Eastern Africa.

Joseph has a track record of impressive achievements including the growth of acceptance and increased usage of systems in the business unit in the past 2 years, as well as the improvement of team spirit and team work through staff engagement initiatives.
